is a selection of case studies that demonstrate how HCP works
with and for its members to provide solutions. There is also a
selection of profiles of businesses that have been affected by
some of the issues raised by HCP.

Construction Enterprise Centre
HCP member, Quibell, and Hull College, initiated a feasibility
study to determine the demand for a specialist Humber based
enterprise centre to support Humber construction enterprise and
business development. Undertaken during 2004 the DTZ Pieda
Consulting report and business case supports the concept of an
construction enterprise centre whose provision would see a local
provider of construction business support to small and new start
enterprises. Quibell and Hull College have undertaken in early
2005 a series of market and promotional exercises amongst
potential funders, including Yorkshire Forward and sponsors to
test levels of support prior to a formal business case launch. |
