Best Practice Club in Humber is one of a national programme of activity co-ordinated through Constructing Excellence which supports the achievement of the three main objectives of Construction Excellence by creating continuous improvement through the exchange of best practice. Objective 1 Improving Performance The Best Practice Knowledge Programme will: manage the exchange of knowledge from demonstration projects and highlighting associated performance improvement successes extend the demonstration project process to include business improvement generate publicity of successes to drive excellence in the industry Objective 2 Improving Industry Image The Best Practice Knowledge Programme will: demonstrate benefits of best practices to the industry to drive change publicise the demonstration projects Objective 3 Engagement and Taking Action The Best Practice Knowledge Programme will: drive awareness of the benefits of new culture and working practices of the leading edge companies Details of HCP's Best Practice summer programme are shortly to be released.
