Working in Partnership (WiP) is a joint initiative between
Humber Construction Partners and LSC Humber, managed by Regen
Ltd. It aims to provide learning opportunities to enable
businesses in the Humber construction sector to form effective
partnerships and joint ventures that will enable them to compete
for large projects.
Run through 3 key phases the programme has enabled over 30
Humber public and private sector organisations to explore new
ways of working, highlighting opportunities and areas of
potential partnering. The programme has followed a pragmatic
approach to supporting organisations through one-to-one
discussions to workshops on topics of emerging opportunity, for
example ECC form of contract and Decent Homes Programme. The
outcome of the programme has seen attendance by over some 150
construction sector people and over 30 companies with requests
for further programmes.
