As a
member of the construction industry, you will already be aware
of HMRC overhaul of the Construction Industry Scheme, and the
new legislation that comes into force in April 2007. It will be
your responsibility to pay your subcontractors correctly and
your duty to provide detailed monthly returns to the tax man –
failure to comply could result in heavy fines.
Therefore the Humber Training Group in partnership with Genesis,
Global and Pegasus ran a FREE update session where employers
received advice and guidance about the changes and were able to
ask questions from the experts.
