HCP’s delivery process targets 4
objectives:

Objective A - To
enhance the capacity and capability of the local
construction industry to deliver larger projects and
higher proportion of local clients future workload. |

Objective B - Work with schools, colleges and
universities to raise pupil / student awareness of the
opportunities available to them with the construction
industry, Building the workforce of the future. |

Objective C
- Work to establish good
communications with trainers across the Humber region and
encourage the development of an organisation of trainers
which would mirror HCP. Seek to expand local training
provision to meet industry demand. |

Objective D
- Create a directory of the
local industry within the Humber Region |
