The highly successful programme of seminars and workshops hosted
by HCP and led by Dr. Stuart Kings, DOCTE, and funded by LSC
Humber, with attendance throughout the region and from all
sectors, has seen HCP become one of the Humber region’s leading
disseminators of construction-led information and knowledge. The
direct result of this programme has been the hugely increased
knowledge and awareness of the ECC form of contract and this
form of procurement is now becoming a benchmark within the
Humber for local authorities to NHS clients to regionally
significant constructors.
